“Town & Country Builders was founded in 1978 by Vern Heacock, whose influence remains an important part of the company today,” Brad begins. “A few years ago, the company entered a new chapter when Jason Yoder, Kevin Yoder, and Brad Yoder purchased the business from Vern. Having built a successful commercial construction company, they saw an opportunity to expand their residential market while preserving the reputation and values Vern had established over nearly four decades. Their goal was never to reinvent Town & Country Builders, but rather to build on its strong foundation and continue its legacy of quality craftsmanship and customer service. Shortly after the transition, they entrusted me with leading the day-to-day operations, and we’ve continued to grow from there.
“Today, we’re a premier lake home builder, crafting everything from super modern to traditional-style homes,” Brad says. “When our clients come to us, our entire goal is to design every part of that home to fit their individual styles and quirks. We love to find those pieces of each home build that fit the personality of the homeowner.”

Vern continues to serve as an invaluable resource as well, with an exceptional eye for quality and detail. Together, it creates a system that allows us to serve our clients at a very high level.”
