There are currently three Latitude Margaritaville communities: Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach, Latitude Margaritaville Watersound near Panama City Beach and Scenic Highway 30A, and Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, located near Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
