Likewise, we have a quality control manager who conducts quality checks on every aspect of the home to guarantee that everything meets our strict standards. The entire process is facilitated by our ERP system, which not only keeps us on schedule but also enables our trades to view the schedule and confirm their availability.”

“One project that particularly stood out to me and that I thoroughly enjoyed is in a community called The Pinery of Lake Orion. Given that this house was for a client who was living in upper Michigan at the time, which is an eight-to-nine-hour drive away, we conducted numerous meetings virtually. I really liked that project, working with this client, and getting to know them throughout the process.” The Pinery of Lake Orion community is surrounded by beautifully wooded lots that create a secluded and peaceful atmosphere.
