America’s Largest Custom Homebuilder, Schumacher Homes, received national awards from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) international competition in March for its two showcase homes located in Louisville, Kentucky, the Charleston Modern Farmhouse and the Olivia Modern Hill Country.

The Charleston Modern Farmhouse showcase home was a silver award winner for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Home and Best Single Family Detached Model Home 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft.
