Landsea Homes Corporation (Landsea), a publicly-traded residential homebuilder, has officially closed on its last home on its first residential community on the East coast, the luxury waterfront community, Avora

“Avora is a special project for Landsea Homes and was one of the company’s very first developments,” said Mike Forsum, President and Chief Operating Officer. Located in the Port Imperial neighborhood of New Jersey’s Gold Coast, the homes at Avora were priced from $650,000 to $4 million.
Current Avora residents Angie and Meric and their 13-year old daughter bought and moved into their three-bedroom home at the end of 2020. “Avora has everything we were looking for in our new home – and more,” says Angie. “The unique architecture originally drew us in, but it was the modern interiors, amazing city and water views, and family-friendly amenities including the fitness center, outdoor pool, and personalized lifestyle concierge that really sold us. We also love the location right on the waterfront and that it is within walking distance of everything we need, including the ferry.”
