Jurek Construction & Consultants carries a family building legacy forward with a distinctly personal approach
Jurek Construction & Consultants represents a new chapter in luxury custom homebuilding in Western New York. Founded by Henry Jurek III, the company draws on his decades of experience in residential construction while bringing a distinctly personal approach to every project. From initial planning and budgeting through construction and completion, Jurek Construction & Consultants provides hands-on leadership, transparency and attention to detail, creating exceptional homes tailored to each client’s individual lifestyle and vision.
“Jurek Construction & Consultants is guided by the same standards of elegance, quality and award-winning distinction that I have always appreciated,” Henry explains. “When people decide to build a luxury home, it is one of the largest investments they will ever make in their lives, so they need to feel comfortable and confident in their builder. I can guarantee a great experience by keeping our clients informed, comfortable and confident throughout the build.

“We focus on quality construction, high-end materials and, most importantly, open communication and transparency with the client. Those are the values I grew up with, and they are the values I want Jurek Construction & Consultants to be known for.”
Luxury design details
Primarily focusing on high-end residential homes, the company also carries out some mixed-use projects, which are becoming increasingly popular in the area. “These might be high-end storefronts with luxury apartments above, or smaller commercial projects of perhaps four stories, rather than major commercial buildings,” Henry elaborates. “Everything we do is based around Western New York.
“Currently, we’re working on several high-end luxury homes as well as a mixed-use project. One of the interesting things we’re seeing is how much clients want to incorporate luxury amenities into their homes. Golf simulators are extremely popular, along with multimedia rooms, theaters, and fitness centers. Really, if there’s something a client wants, we’ll find a way to deliver it. We’re also seeing a lot of interest in wellness features such as saunas and cold plunges.
“That said, we don’t take every project that comes through the door. It must be the right fit for both visions. We focus primarily on ground-up luxury custom homes, supporting our clients through pre-construction planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and providing hands-on project management from concept through to completion. What makes each project stand out is the fact that the home is designed around the client’s lifestyle. If you can dream it, we can build it.”
Financial oversight
Henry’s clients have complete visibility into every bid, invoice, and actual cost. The preliminary general cost sheet serves as a transparent, itemized roadmap, empowering clients to thoughtfully reallocate their investment, such as shifting funds from cabinetry to another priority. They always remain fully informed about where every dollar is going.
“We also extend our builder discounts on materials and selections directly to our clients,” he shares, “allowing them to benefit from the trusted relationships we have cultivated with our suppliers and vendors. When I price out a house, I put together a general cost sheet that lists all the items involved in the build, along with the estimated cost of each one. I then put everything into a binder so the clients can see exactly where their money is going. We’ll go through the different options with them and give them a clear picture of what each choice will cost.

“I look at it almost like a menu, where clients can pick and choose what’s most important to them. It gives them the flexibility to move their money around while still understanding the overall budget and making informed decisions about where they want to prioritize quality.”
Currently, the company is experiencing a meaningful shift toward thoughtful personalization, timeless design, energy efficiency, and greater cost transparency. Clients are increasingly prioritizing quality over excess, investing in highly functional spaces, durable materials, smart-home technology, and features that support long-term comfort and adaptability.
“These trends have reinforced our strategy of approaching each project with intention, flexibility, and disciplined financial oversight,” Henry adds. “We guide clients toward decisions that reflect both their lifestyle and long-term value. Our goal is not simply to build an impressive home, but to create a highly personal, enduring residence that remains relevant for generations. Clients want spaces tailored to how they actually live, whether that’s working from home, exercising, entertaining, spending time with family or simply recharging.”
Exceptional client experience
Looking to the future, Henry highlights that success is not simply measured by building more homes; it is measured by building the right homes, for the right clients, without compromising the craftsmanship, transparency, and personalized service that define the company.
“In practical terms, the next phase of growth means expanding thoughtfully: strengthening our team, refining our processes, deepening relationships with trusted trade partners, and selectively pursuing projects that align with our standards and vision,” he continues. “Ultimately, success means sustainable profitability, an exceptional client experience, and a body of work that strengthens our reputation and endures for generations.
“We’ve built for repeat customers, and we’ve built for different generations of the same families. That kind of multi-generational trust is what successful growth looks like to me.”
For Henry, the decision to establish Jurek Construction & Consultants was both a significant step and a responsibility to carry forward the values he was raised with: quality, honesty, communication and treating people the right way. As the company grows, his ambition is to build on that foundation without losing sight of what matters.
“Building a custom home is extremely personal,” he concludes. “My goal is simple: to build homes the right way, treat every project like it’s our own, and deliver something our clients and their families can be proud of for years to come. Ultimately, I want Jurek Construction & Consultants to be recognized not just for the homes we build, but for the standard we set and the lasting relationships we create.”
