Today, we sit back down with Paul Segedin, CEO of Onshore Construction, to learn more about how the business has progressed over the past year and reflect on the factors that make Onshore Construction so attractive to its star-studded client base.
Expanding horizons
“We’ve been very busy over the last 12 months. There are lots of new communities here being developed from scratch, which has increased the demand for good contractors and subcontractors. Within that, we’re seeing a lot more modern architecture, which has brought in a lot of local and out-of-state architects from New York and California. It’s been great,” Paul begins.
Building further upon its existing legacy, Onshore Construction has continued to expand its horizons. Aside from the multitude of exciting projects, the company was thrilled to have a team based in Miami, Florida following a string of successful previous jobs in the city, alongside recommendations from previous clients and representatives. This increased geographical reach will enable Onshore Construction to collaborate with an even greater scope of architects, partners, and high-profile clients, which Paul describes as being one of the most favorable parts of any given project.
“We’re working on a number of projects at the moment; the majority are new builds but we’re taking on some renovations as well,” he details. “Each project is exciting in itself, but what makes them especially fun for us is working with the clients directly. We love providing a personal experience and good communication throughout.”
