Georgio Homes’ projects are marked by meticulous attention-to-detail and a distinct style

Celebrating its 20th year in business in 2024, Georgio Home offers a full spectrum of services within home design and construction, including new home construction, renovations or additions, and both architectural and interior design. The business has grown to specialize in building luxury homes from the ground up, as well as signature homes for sale, in the markets of Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield County, Connecticut.

We then put together an entire team, comprising architects, engineers, landscape architects, and designers that will work together under our guidance and supervision to ensure the result is nothing short of exquisite.

Signature style

“Our dedicated team works hard to combine our unique and sophisticated design aesthetic with the customers’ desires and requirements, helping to make dreams a reality. We offer design guidance and concepts during the planning stages before we perform and oversee all aspects of construction. Upon completion, our detail-oriented design team walks through the home to make sure everything is flawless.

“We also build signature homes, otherwise known as speculative or ‘spec’ homes,” he continues. “These homes are built in tandem with our in-house design team and our differential advantage as builders is that our company is inherently a design and build firm, meaning these homes are treated with the same care and attention-to-detail as any project we work on. Our design team collaborates with some of the region’s best architects to ensure each home is detailed with our ‘signature’ Georgio style.”

Georgio Home also offers complete home renovations and additions, as well as kitchen and bathroom renovations, approaching these projects with a comprehensive view of a client’s home to ensure new work integrates seamlessly within the existing space. When it comes to these projects, the company emphasizes protection and safety of existing areas, as well as adherence to a predetermined construction schedule to minimize disruption.

Whether a new construction or a renovation project, Georgio Home offers design selection services for all architectural details. This includes designing and selecting finishes such as cabinetry, tiles, hardware, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and countertops. The team can also provide complete interior design services, creating room floor plans and furniture layouts to help customers with the selection of furniture and design accessories.

Given the company’s distinct style, Georgio Home has recently revamped its website to mirror the aesthetic its homes have become known for. “Over the years, our team has developed a unique ‘Georgio’ design style that is carried into each one of the homes we build,” Robert elaborates. “Our aesthetic is modern and crisp, yet warm and timeless at the same time. We wanted our website to reflect this style, hence why we made the decision to update the site.”

Community commitment

Turning to projects, Robert shares: “We’re very excited about a completely unique upcoming project in Purchase, a luxurious community in Westchester County, New York. This home will be a beautifully modern chateau style ranch, with features like an extensive garage with capacity for 15 cars.

“We’ve recently been recognized as one of Westchester’s Best Builders, which means a great deal to us as a family-run business with personal and professional links to the community,” Robert reflects. “To be honored and awarded this title by our community is testament to the hard work and attention-to-detail we provide in every project and shows us that these factors are appreciated by our clients and peers.”

As part of Georgio Home’s commitment to the local community, the company is embracing environmental responsibility. “We try to build as ‘green’ as possible with a high focus on energy conservation and efficiency,” Robert states. “We try to be responsible when it comes to consumption and production by recycling as many raw materials as possible, and we always plant more trees than we are forced to remove. We exclusively use spray foam insulation, thermal glass windows, house wrap and corking, and high efficiency heating and cooling systems.”

Transcending trends

As we wrap up our conversation, Robert reflects on the company’s 20th anniversary and shares the factors he believes have contributed to such longevity and success. “Living and being actively involved with the communities we build in is crucial,” he states. “We are genuinely passionate about the homes we build, and we take great care to ensure they are in harmony with the surrounding architecture while also pushing modern design features. As we live in a small, tight-knit community and have offices in the heart of town, being local enables us to develop personal relationships with our clients that last beyond the scope of our job.”

Such reflection naturally leads to Robert discussing the future of the business. “At the end of each year, we celebrate by looking back at the projects we’ve worked on before thinking ahead to new projects on the horizon,” he shares. “This year, we’ve spent the last few months photographing completed projects, which we’re excited to update our website with. We’re also in the early design phase for several exciting homes and we’re constantly searching for new properties and lots to develop.

“Further afield, we hope to be building even more homes in Westchester and Fairfield counties,” Robert concludes. “More importantly, we hope to continue appreciating the homes we have built, as one of our primary goals is to build homes that last for generations, transcending different styles or trends for years to come.”
