In a milestone that marks the end of an era for their family, Jessica Alba and her estranged husband, Cash Warren, have sold their Beverly Hills mansion for $18.2 million. The deal comes just months after the couple confirmed their separation following 16 years of marriage. For Alba, the sale of the house closes a chapter that once symbolized family life and growth.

The transaction highlights the enduring allure of celebrity real estate in Beverly Hills, where renovated estates with pedigreed designers attract high-end buyers. For Alba and Warren, who share three children, the sale clears the way for both to move forward while remaining focused on their family.

A dream home found and transformed

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren’s Beverly Hills residence was never just another celebrity listing flipped for profit. The couple bought the Hamptons-inspired mansion in 2017 for $9.9 million when their family needed more space. In a 2019 Architectural Digest tour, Alba described the moment she found the house: she knew within 20 minutes it was the right place, even if the original décor was not her taste.

Located on nearly two acres in a gated pocket of Beverly Hills, the 8,829-square-foot home offered what they were looking for: a private lawn for their kids, mature trees and ample space to raise their family. The property includes a detached guesthouse and expansive outdoor areas designed for gatherings.

Inside the 18-month renovation

After the purchase, Alba and Warren began a full renovation, working with mother-son design duo Kathleen and Tommy Clements of Clements Design. The team, recommended by Ellen DeGeneres, is known for work with Hollywood clients.

Alba played an active role in shaping the interiors. The 18-month renovation took the house down to its frame. Reclaimed wood, custom stonework and natural materials created a fresh but classic look. Alba chose furniture, fixtures and even flooring, making the project personal. The result blended East Coast style with California warmth.

Inside, the seven-bedroom, 8.5-bath home has a home theater, gym, fireplaces and a spa-like primary suite with a sitting room. Outside, the grounds include a swing set, mature landscaping and large patios for family use.

Timing aligns with a new chapter

The sale follows Alba’s April statement that she and Warren decided to end their marriage but remain committed co-parents. The couple’s separation date is listed as December 27, 2024. The home hit the market in April at nearly $19 million. They accepted an offer for $18.2 million and closed on June 27.

Real estate agent Kurt Rappaport, whose clients include Tom Brady and Brad Pitt, handled the listing. The buyer’s identity has not been disclosed, but the sale confirms strong demand for updated luxury homes in Beverly Hills.

With the house sold, both Alba and Warren appear ready for new phases. Warren has been seen viewing a six-bedroom house in Sherman Oaks listed at $6.5 million. Whether he will buy it is unclear, but it signals plans for a fresh start.

Alba remains focused on her children and her business, The Honest Company. She has not announced plans for a new Los Angeles home but has made clear that family stays at the center of her priorities.
